Aplus has a special team working for our corporate clients. To keep the corporate training service most efficient and professional, we strictly follow a standard work flow.
 
	Step 1---Needs Assessment of Client
Through the program questionnaire, our course consultant will get to know the client’s language proficiency and his/her expected goals.
 
	Step 2---Placement Test for Trainees
For those who have certain language foundation, we will conduct a language proficiency examination for the trainees, including an oral test or a written one.
 
	Step 3---Syllabus Setting
We will set up a detailed course syllabus based on client’s needs and test results. This tailor-made proposal will be adjusted upon client’s request if necessary.
 
	Step 4--- Company (HR) Approval
Before formal course kickoff, the proposal needs to be submitted to the company HR for approval to ensure a smooth training practice.
 
	Step 5---Teacher Assignment
The Academic Dept. will choose an appropriate teacher that suits the client most in order to meet the client’s requirements and reach their training targets. 
 
	Step 6---Confirmation Letter
Our course consultant will email a Course Confirmation Letter to the client for a reconfirm on the program details before we formally kickoff the program.
 
	Step 7--- Progress Tracking and Feedback Collection
We will collect feedbacks from trainees and instructors periodically, check attending rate and training content, thus to improve the training quality and effectiveness.
 
	Step 8--- Achievement Test and Evaluation 
We will test trainees’ language proficiency during and after training. We will also evaluate instructor’s teaching effectiveness and provide study reports for our client. 
 
Note: The above phases are the standard training process. Slight adjustments may be made if needed.
